PORT VILA – One of the biggest highlights of FruitFest 2025 has been the outstanding success of Intraco’s Mitsubishi Triton promotion at Fatumaru Bay, where the company showcased two brand-new Mitsubishi Triton single-cab trucks — and instantly caught the attention of festival-goers, especially Vanuatu farmers.
The promotion went beyond a simple display; it offered visitors a fully “on-the-road” package, meaning every truck came ready to drive away immediately — with all paperwork handled by Intraco. This included:
✅ Vehicle registration
✅ Roadworthy inspection certificate
✅ Number plates
✅ Insurance (where applicable)
✅ Licensing and permit fees
The response was remarkable, with five Triton trucks sold on the very first day of the festival. Intraco’s festival price — reduced from VT 3.9 million to VT 3.5 million — made the offer even more attractive to farmers, small business owners, and families looking for reliable vehicles suited to Vanuatu’s rugged terrain.
Festival organizers praised Intraco for supporting the national vision of empowering local industries and promoting innovation through events like FruitFest. The promotion perfectly reflects this year’s theme: Smart Farming, Healthy Living, and Stronger Tourism — showcasing how the private sector can play a vital role in driving sustainable growth.
